About the South Africa Consulate General in Los Angeles
The South African Consulate General in Los Angeles is currently not taking appointments due to COVID-19.
All applications must be mailed to 6300 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 600, Los Angeles CA 90048 by using US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx.
The Consulate does not provide feedback regarding the status of their applications at the Department of Home Affairs in Pretoria, South Africa.
The Consulate is not linked to the Home Affairs system. Information about applications regarding civic services (passports, id, births,etc.,) can be emailed to hacc@dha.gov.za.
Applicants should use their tracking number to track their applications if it was delivered at the Consulate's address.
Jurisdiction
The South African Consulate General in Los Angeles is responsible for representing and promoting South Africa within the thirteen Western States of the United States including the US Territory of Guam. These U.S. Western States are Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
